Solo — Universitas Slamet Riyadi (UNISRI) Surakarta welcomed a visit from Muhammadiyah Al Tajdid Islamic Boarding School, Cepu, Blora Regency. The visit was attended by eight students and two accompanying teachers on October 16.

UNISRI Rector, Prof. Dr. Sutoyo, M.Pd., explained that the purpose of the visit was to introduce UNISRI’s campus environment to students who are about to graduate and are considering UNISRI as an option for their higher education. UNISRI offers various scholarship opportunities, including those through the KIP (Smart Indonesia Card) program and talent-based scholarships.

The students from Muhammadiyah Al Tajdid Islamic Boarding School expressed interest in several study programs at UNISRI, including English Education, Civic Education (PPKn), and Agrotechnology. The Rector expressed hope that this visit would be beneficial for both institutions.

Arista, a teacher accompanying the students, conveyed her gratitude for the warm welcome from UNISRI’s Rector and for the scholarship opportunities provided to students interested in continuing their studies at UNISRI.
